STUDENT EXPERIENCE

Students in our professional and postgraduate programmes have the opportunity to develop their design skills and thinking required to redesign our urban futures; skills which are timely, in demand and immediately applicable in both industry and government. Courses are taught by our accomplished practitioners and scholars who engage students through a combination of teaching and learning experiences in an environment that allows students to prosper. Additionally, AUDRC also utilises the substantial resources of the University of Western Australia to further broaden the student's experience. These experiences see students explore the built environment through a number of pathways including physical engagement with materials; project collaboration; design experimentation and development; one on one interaction with staff; and constructive design and concept critique from industry and government professionals and senior academic staff.
